How These Terms Bind You and Where Our Liability Ends

Which Law Applies When We Disagree
These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao. The operating company is Kalderis Interactive N.V., holder of Curaçao Gaming Licence No. OGL/2024/1187/0731. If a complaint cannot be settled through our support team, the dispute is heard by the courts of Curaçao, unless a mandatory rule of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
What We Do About Faulty Rounds and Rule Breaking
If a game malfunctions, for example through a software error, a frozen round or a mispriced market, we may void the affected rounds or bets and return the stakes. Malfunction voids the round result and any payout that came from it, and we will tell you which rounds were affected when we do this.
You may not open more than one account, abuse bonuses by placing offsetting bets, collude with other players at a live table, or use bots, scripts or other automation to play or to claim offers. If we find any of these, we may cancel winnings, remove bonuses and close the account, and we will explain our reasons by email.
