Noxino Privacy Notice

Who We Are and Where Your Data Travels

The data controller for noxinobet.app is Kalderis Interactive N.V., Kaya Flamboyan 21, Willemstad, Curaçao, the operator of Noxino under Curaçao Gaming Licence No. OGL/2024/1187/0731. We handle personal data of players in the United Kingdom in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Because our operating company is based in Curaçao, your data is processed outside the United Kingdom. Where we send data to a country without a UK adequacy decision, we rely on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, and we restrict the data sent to what the recipient needs for the task.

What We Collect When You Play

We collect the details you give at registration, which are your name, date of birth, address, email address and chosen password. When you deposit or withdraw we record the method, such as Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller or Bitcoin, together with the amount and time. For verification we collect a passport or UK photocard driving licence and a proof of address. We also keep technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser and session logs, together with your gameplay history and your messages to support.

How Long We Keep It

We keep account details and verification documents for five years after you close your account, because our licence and anti-money-laundering duties require it. Transaction records are kept for six years. Support emails are kept for two years, and technical logs for twelve months. When a period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

What You Can Do If You Disagree With Our Use of Your Data

If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, which is the UK supervisory authority. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please write to us, but you do not have to do so before contacting the ICO.

We use cookies in three groups: essential cookies that keep you logged in and remember your cookie choice, analytics cookies that count visits and show which pages are read, and preference cookies that store settings such as your language. Essential cookies do not need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. We set analytics and preference cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser.

You may ask us for a copy of your data, correct inaccurate details, erase data we no longer need, restrict or object to a specific use, and receive your data in a portable format. We answer within one month. We may keep data we are legally required to hold, such as verification records, even after an erasure request.

Who Receives Your Data

We share data only with organisations that perform a task for us, and each receives only the data that task needs.

Why We Use Your Data

We rely on four lawful bases. We process your registration, payment and gameplay data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. We process verification documents and transaction records because we are under a legal obligation to prevent money laundering and underage gambling. We process technical logs and fraud signals under our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure, having weighed it against your rights. We send marketing emails and set analytics cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw by using the unsubscribe link or writing to us.

How to Send Us a Data Request

Send any request about your personal data to [email protected] with the subject line Data Request, from the email address registered on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we reply within one month of receiving a complete request.
